Sometimes intention and fate come together to create something worth sharing. In its current form, Alright Mama is a songwriting duo brought together by chance. A soulful singer (Dan) from the east coast and pop rhythm/bass guitar player (James) from the west are also brothers (in-law). Our music can be described as an eclectic mixture of soulful vocals with a rhythmic acoustic guitar over drum and percussion samples. There is a popular blues rock feel to the music, and the creative approach has been to maintain a simple song writing structure. Our goal is to have a produced album to share with the world.
